一、兩板模:(1)手動(dòng)脫模A:夾取料頭(成品與料頭連在一起,機(jī)械手取出后再人工分離成品與料頭)。B:吸取或抱取成品(成品與料頭連在一起,用機(jī)械手吸取或抱取成品)。C:夾取料頭,吸取或抱取成品(成品與料頭在射出機(jī)頂出時(shí),成品與料頭已分開,用機(jī)械手取出后,可分別置放料頭和成品于不同處。(2)自動(dòng)脫模A:夾取料頭,分離料頭(夾取料頭,讓成品自動(dòng)脫落分離成品與料頭)。B:分離不同狀況的成品(夾取料頭,吸取或抱取成品分離成品與料頭)。C:吸或抱取成品分離成品(吸或抱取成品,讓料頭自動(dòng)脫落分離成品與料頭)。二、三板模:(1)成品、料頭均不能自動(dòng)脫落A:成品臂吸取或抱取成品,料頭臂夾取料頭。用機(jī)械手使成品與料頭分離(雙臂機(jī)械手)。B:料頭臂夾取料頭,成品臂掃落成品讓其達(dá)成自動(dòng)脫模方式,分離成品與料頭。(2)成品可自動(dòng)脫落,料頭不可自動(dòng)脫落A:夾取料頭,成品自動(dòng)脫落,分離成品與料頭(單臂機(jī)械手)。B:成品臂吸取或抱取成品,料頭臂夾取料頭,用機(jī)械手分離成品與料頭(雙臂機(jī)械手)。
